Role: Assistant Director of Human Resources

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a strategic partner to department head, providing advice and guidance to all departments across the Human Resources remit, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, payroll and reward and recognition.
2. Provide effective leadership throughout the department, developing a strong team culture and ethos which supports high levels of guest service delivery, effective communication, and knowledge sharing.
3. Maintain up to date knowledge of best practice and suggest initiatives and schemes to enhance employee proposition.
4. Support colleagues and managers with succession planning initiatives which support retention of talent.
5. Assisting in the training and development of colleagues alongside the Learning and Development manager
6. Handle ER related matters and seek advice when required, ensuring company policy and best practice is adopted and matters are communicated to the Director of Human Resources
7. Contribute to the strategic direction of the HR function.
