LSH Auto is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive for our New Car Sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in introducing customers to our new range of luxury vehicles, providing exceptional service to guarantee a fantastic customer experience.
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £24,232 Plus Uncapped OTE

Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
1. Be passionate about cars and knowledgeable about the latest automotive trends and innovations.
2. Have a proven record of success in a sales role, preferably in the automotive sector.
3. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creating a welcoming environment for all customers.
4. Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
5. Possess strong negotiation skills to drive sales and achieve targets.
Successful candidates will have:
1. A minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably within the automotive dealership space.
2. A track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
3. The ability to build relationships with customers and foster repeat business.
4. A valid UK driving licence.
5. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
