We are looking for a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management to drive impactful learning initiatives, particularly in Data Science training.
You will be:
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to assess training and upskilling needs for the Data Science chapter.
* Managing technical training programs (live, virtual, and self-paced) across multiple regions.
* Designing and delivering engaging L&D content and formats, including onboarding, skill assessments, and innovative learning solutions.
* Supporting change initiatives, best practice exchange, and continuous improvement of learning programs.
* Collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal teams to develop effective learning solutions.
* Contributing to holistic employee learning experiences, extending beyond technical training.
* Independently managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in an ambiguous environment.
Job requirements
Your profile:
* Proven experience in PMO roles with a focus on Learning & Development (L&D).
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with LMS and survey tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
* Excellent communication skills in English (C1), including at senior stakeholder levels.
* Ability to manage complex projects and drive business impact through learning initiatives.
* Must be based in London, Paris, or Berlin (stationary work).
