Sous Chef - Swanage Hotel - L17.50 per hour, overall package of £41,000 - £43,500
Role Overview:
As the Sous Chef, you will report directly to the Head Chef and fill their position when absent. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting the food, designing new dishes, and training junior chefs. You will also be involved in ordering and storing food produce, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and able to hit the ground running.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* To develop and assist junior chefs in the kitchen
* To produce and present dishes to meet the required standard
* To run a section within a kitchen and the full kitchen in absence of the Head Chef
* To assist in monitoring and maintaining quality of food produced
What You Need To Be a Successful:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or junior Sous Chef
* Experience cooking with fresh produce to a high standard
* A creative flair with a passion for the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
