Learning and Development Manager
Nottingham
Office Based - 9-5.30 or 8 - 4.30
Salary - £40,000 + depending on skill set and experience plus bonus
We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading hospitality company within Nottingham who hold a collection of venues specialising in meetings and events and provide an unrivalled guest experience.
Role Overview:
The Learning and Development Manager will support 3 venues and play a critical role in developing skills, knowledge, and capabilities of employees within the organisation. You will be delivering effective learning interventions, programmes and initiatives that align with the organisation's goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Training Needs Analysis
2. Learning Strategy Development
3. Learning Programme Design and Delivery
4. Learning Programme Implementation
5. Learning Evaluation and Measurement
6. Stakeholder Management
7. Compliance and Regulatory Training
8. Core Values Training
Requirements:
1. CIPD Level 5 (L&D) qualified or equivalent.
2. Experience working with the Hospitality industry is highly desirable.
3. Coaching qualification is advantageous, but not essential.
4. Proven experience in learning and development, training, or related roles.
5. Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
6. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
10. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in L&D.
