Our client, who are leaders in their field, are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will make a significant impact on their future success!
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to join their team. They are seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys building relationships, and has a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements, and establish recruitment plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
* Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment processes to identify the most suitable individuals for each position.
* Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and create a robust talent pipeline.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent acquisition partners to ensure a diverse and high-quality pool of candidates.
* Act as a brand ambassador to promote our company's unique culture and values, both internally and externally.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and recommend improvements to optimise the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within engineering or a similar industry.
* Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent for various positions.
* Strong understanding of recruitment principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
* Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
* A proactive and positive attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills.
