An established specialist Insurance Broker who are part of a larger national Business Services group are currently looking to add an experienced Sales Executive to their established new business team. They operate across a range of sectors including retail, hospitality, care, leisure, and healthcare. They seek a motivated professional with previous commercial insurance experience to support the needs of a diverse and interesting group of Commercial clients.
There is a pipeline of warm prospects generated through the wider business.
This is a hybrid role and can be based from any of their UK offices.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Building relationships with clients, prospects and insurers
* Development and growth of an account of long-term clients
* Work through and manage a pipeline of assigned prospects and referrals
* Research & targeting of prospective new clients
* Prospecting warm leads.
* Work with prospects and clients to collect information in respect of new business enquiries,
* renewals and mid-term adjustments
* Preparation of market submissions to insurers and policy presentations to clients
* Negotiate policy terms, conditions, premium and income with both insurers and clients
* Assess and identify any areas of uninsured risks
* Ensure cover arranged always complies with the client’s demands and needs
