Due to rapid growth, my client is seeking a motivated, determined and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join their dynamic and innovative sales team. The role of the Inside Sales Executive will be to manage a range of new and existing customers whilst striving to maintain strong working relationships with both new and existing customers. The Inside Sales Executive must be approachable as well as share excellent customer service skills in order to provide an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. In addition, the Inside Sales Executive will need to have strong knowledge of the companies’ products so keeping up to date with the market is a must. My client specialises within the vehicle safety industry so having industry experience is a plus but not sharing the same experience is not essential Inside Sales Executive Package: £30,000 - £38,000 base Commission. Monday – Friday in office. Performance bonus. Opportunity to grow within the company. Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities: Build Strong working relationships. Keep up to date with the market knowledge. Cold calling for potential new customers and prospect for new business. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and close sales. Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Consistently meeting and exceeding Sales targets. Inside Sales Executive Requirements: 1 years’ experience in sales. Share a positive, confident and determined approach. Good attention to detail. Ability to have resilience and cope with rejection. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Motivated and target-driven. Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team.
