Key Responsibilities: Developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies in line with legislation and business needs Ensuring accurate and compliant HR records Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees Preparing reports and analysing HR data Supporting employee relations matters, including absence management, grievances, and disciplinary issues A key aspect of the role will be implementing the People Plan, delivering training initiatives, supporting apprentices and graduates and ensuring employees receive the necessary training for their roles.
