This is not cold calling: all prospects are warm leads so all you need to do is sell our services. We can guarantee you 15-20 calls a week, at the minimum (some weeks will be up to 40)

Sales Team Member.
This job can be part-time or full-time, fully remote, and will require a minimum of 4-6 hours/day, 4-5 days/week (Saturday and Sunday included). We are flexible on exact hours and can discuss this during the interview stage but will need to cover UK and US time zones!

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* You will be responsible for selling and enrolling newly qualiifed prospects into RNT Fitness.
* You will be responsible for daily reporting on multiple communication channels (slack, text message, spreadsheets, etc.) to provide details, and so a HIGH attention to detail and compliance with our standard operating procedures is essential. About 20-30 minutes of reporting work/day.
* You have a responsibility to follow up with your leads on a regular basis via email, messages or phone.
* Achieve the KPI’s and sales targets which are set out by our Head of Sales
* You will have regular 121’s with our Head of Sales and meetings with our wider Sales Team
* Suggest and implement ways to optimise the sales process
Requirements:
* You must be able to commit to 15-20 calls/week minimum.
* You must be available between 4-10pm (UK time zone) Monday - Friday.
* You must have the endurance to provide high quality sales calls, with each call expected to last 30-60 minutes.
* Have plenty of experience in sales over the phone, and you think you can perform at the highest level of closing.
* You must have strong listening skills, high emotional intelligence and empathy whilst talking to prospects.
* You must be able to work on weekends if needed.
* You will be provided with extensive product and sales training within your package with our Head of Sales.
* Having a strong interest in health and fitness is mandatory. You must walk the walk.

Compensation:
Given that this is a sales role, you are paid off of your performance and how many leads you close.
This role will be based on a zero hour’s contract and paid on a commission basis. You will have the potential to earn up to £60,000/annum. We are keen to have an open and flexible discussion with you about this and the various options available.
