You will work in a supportive environment with guaranteed career progression for the right candidate About the Role: As a Sales Executive, you will be supporting the Sales Managers by sourcing, pitching, and consulting with companies that will exhibit at planned events. This role is predominantly phone-based from their Coventry office, with the opportunity to attend competitor exhibitions across the UK and abroad. Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team in selling exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Achieve set revenue targets, both individually and as part of a team. Make outbound calls (database provided) and manage incoming leads generated by marketing. Assist Sales Managers by pitching to clients and passing over leads for closing. Attend competitor exhibitions domestically and internationally to generate new business. Manage floorplans, post-sales service, and client account management. Ensure that clients are satisfied with the onsite service at exhibitions, going above and beyond when necessary. About You: We’re looking for a sales executive who is results-driven, highly organised, and thrives in both a phone-based and face-to-face sales environment. You’ll have at least 1 year of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets. Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience. Strong experience with phone-based selling and face-to-face appointments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
