About the role
The Learning Designer will support the creation, enhancement and expansion of digital learning solutions to support the organisation’s learning objectives.
This individual will develop a variety of industry leading, future thinking digital learning solutions spanning a range of media to design impactful and effective multi-media learning.
We are looking for a good understanding of instructional design to create blended learning experiences, which include digital learning alongside virtual and face to face solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Creating high quality, engaging, innovative e-learning content including international languages
* Ensuring a fresh, innovative and impactful learning experience for all users making best use of the wider possibilities of digital delivery
* Liaising with stakeholders regarding training and educational requirements for eLearning content development
* Supporting the creation of customer training solutions including presentations and training aids
* Deploying learning content on digital platforms
* Updating e-learning content in an agile way to meet customer and stakeholder needs
* Responding to queries relating to training content requirements and occasional access queries
* Keeping up to date with new innovations in TEL (Technology-enhanced learning)
* Completing administration of our learning content on digital platforms and monthly reporting and uploading of data
* Creating dynamic rules to automation of processes
* Working closely with the Digital Learning Designer on the delivery plan/roadmap for the organisation
* Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships with all stakeholders
We are looking for:
* 2+ years of experience of eLearning content development
* Proven experience of working with content authoring tools (Articulate storyline, Rise)
* Understanding of instructional design skills with keen attention to detail and clarity of expression
* Ability to cut-through complex processes and create solid educational messages
* Technical proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel PowerPoint, MS Forms, HTML 5 content and Google suite of products
* Experience or knowledge of AI tools is desirable but not essential
