To support their ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role will focus on securing new business opportunities and developing existing accounts to maximise revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new customers by promoting full load, part load, and groupage services across the UK and EU.
Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to uncover growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business expansion.
