You’ll also ensure quality, kitchen maintenance and inventory functions are kept to the highest standards - to make sure the kitchen is always running smoothly. You will support in leading and inspiring everyone in the brigade, coaching and mentoring the team to be their best. The main purpose of the role is to help manage the quality and food production of all catering at the given venue, support in leading and inspiring the team to deliver the highest standards and ensure legislative requirements are met About you… The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of culinary skills, preferably within a restaurant or professional hotel kitchen. You will have excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene, be qualified to minimum Level 2, and be able to demonstrate a passion for the role.
