Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Recruitment team, and we are seeking two highly driven and motivated Recruitment Managers to join the HR Workforce department at one of the largest and most prestigious NHS organisations.
Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager, the successful candidates will work alongside the Senior Recruitment Managers to oversee the operational delivery of a comprehensive central recruitment service for specific staff groups, in line with service level agreements and Trust policies.
The ideal candidates should be proficient in both the ESR and TRAC systems. In this role, you will provide advice and support to hiring managers, applicants and recruitment colleagues on all aspects of the recruitment process, Trust policy, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and right to work regulations. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of recruitment campaigns and projects.
As a Recruitment Manager, you will set the standard for exceptional customer service, working with the recruitment team to ensure a positive experience for both applicants and hiring managers. You will help maintain an efficient, reliable, and responsive recruitment service that contributes to establishing the recruitment function as a centre of excellence.

Main duties of the job
The post holders will hold overall management of the recruitment areas and campaigns for one of the transactional recruitment teams within the Trust. The post holders will be responsible for the leadership and day to day line management of a small recruitment team made up of Recruitment Co-ordinators and Recruitment Assistants within their area of responsibility.
Such a role supports the Senior Recruitment Manager, Resourcing Partners and Head of Recruitment in reducing vacancy rates and contributes to the development and growth of the service as a whole.
