HGV Sales Executive

£45,000 - £50,000 + commission and vehicle
Overview:
Our client is a long established HGV dealer group with an affiliation to some of the top end brands in the marketplace. As they continue to expand off the back of a strong year, they are now looking to appoint a sales team member to operate out of their Bolton site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Using your existing network of customers as well as identifying new target customers to sell heavy goods vehicles. There is no designated geographical area, you can exploit opportunities wherever you find them.
2. Achieve or exceed sales targets.
3. Prospect for new business on a consistent and regular basis.
4. Maintain regular contact with existing customers and existing contacts within your network.
5. Process and monitor orders, liaising regularly with the customer on any works and issues.
6. Record all sales activity on the CRM system.
Person Specification:
1. Previous experience in the HGV industry, preferably in front line sales.
2. An established network of contacts within the haulage industry to tap into.
3. Strong sales disciplines with an ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
4. Able to interact on a consistent basis with customers and prospects alike.
5. Organised and thorough and able to report your activities clearly and efficiently.
