QTD Ltd is a leading Timber Specialist, supplying both commercial and domestic projects. We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to focus exclusively on outbound follow-up and lead conversion. This role is critical in moving pre-qualified leads to the final stage of the sales cycle by leveraging strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
About the Role: As a Sales Executive at QTD Ltd, you won’t be engaging in cold calling. Instead, your role is entirely focused on converting warm leads and following up with prospective clients who have already shown interest in our products. These leads, stored in our CRM, consist of clients who have been provided with quotes and, and your task will be to professionally nurture these relationships and turn quotes into confirmed orders.
You will be contacting clients who are already familiar with our services and have expressed interest in moving forward. This means your role is to add value by building rapport, addressing any final queries, and ensuring a seamless transition from quote to sale. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our sales pipeline runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound Follow-Up: Engage in timely and professional follow-up with all leads in the CRM who have been sent quotes, ensuring a personalised approach to each interaction.
* Lead Conversion: Utilise strong communication and persuasion skills to convert interested prospects into sales. You will not be generating new leads, but focusing solely on closing pre-existing opportunities.
* CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all communication, progress, and conversions are tracked accurately.
* Sales Targets: Work towards clear sales targets and key performance indicators related to lead conversion. Your success will be measured by your ability to transform quotes into orders.
* Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, providing any necessary information to facilitate the final stages of the sales process. You’ll play an active role in answering product-related questions, clarifying details, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all leads are nurtured effectively and that no opportunity is missed.
Person Specification:
* Minimum pass in Maths and English
* Computer literate with experience using CRM systems
* Strong phone-based communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients
* Demonstrated success in lead conversion or a similar sales role, with a focus on nurturing existing leads rather than cold calling
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently to meet deadlines
* Own car and a full driving licence required
* Enthusiastic, organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Holiday Allowance: 20 days plus bank holidays
