We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Banbury. The Inside Sales Executive will support the WPS UK marketing mix, generating profitable revenue, customer loyalty, maintaining accurate data and delivering exceptional customer service. The purpose of this role is to proactively manage a range of key accounts to drive incremental sales for WPS through site penetration/acquisition and product range extension, using WPS’s preferred supplier status. Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, sales quotes, sales information management, product training and financing. Tracks transactions and prepares reports regarding information such as order status, sales results, leads, sales quotas and sales representative earnings. Main Responsibilities: Maintain and grow existing client relationships within a defined territory through regular contact and timely follow-up Educate customers on full range of WPS products and services available Work with sales managers to execute optimum sales approach Build and manage your sales pipeline Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance goals Maintain high level of customer interactions through outbound calls and emails Utilise multiple systems (CRM (Salesforce), SAP, dialer) To be a focal point for specific accounts, providing preferential treatment (from a customer’s view point). Handling escalated queries/complaints through to a satisfactory resolution in line with organisational procedures To grow sales of key accounts and the territory as a whole via executing the specific account strategy To follow up on all quotes and follow through to order status as required To carry out outbound telephone calling campaigns to promote the Seton brand offer and/or following up on specific direct mailing campaigns and promotions Liaise with marketing to produce customised marketing campaigns Achieve and exceed relevant KPI’s individual, team and business goals and objectives: Revenue targets, Outbound calls, Quote conversion targets, Customer response handling targets, Data quality capture and accuracy and productivity To provide backup & support for other contact centre roles including quotes/customer, sales & customer service advisor role as required Profile: Are you seeking a professional challenge?
