Used and / or New Car Sales Executive required by a main car dealership based in the Tonbridge area of Kent.
Job Role: New or Used Car Sales Executive
Salary: £18,000 basic + average commission holiday pay, company car and fuel allowance from home to work, OTE circa £50k + for selling 140 cars per annum with good finance and product sales etc.
Hours of work: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6pm, Saturday 8.30am – 5pm, Sunday & Bank Hols 10.30am – 4pm (on a rota basis of approx. 1 in 3) with a day off in lieu every week for working Saturday.

Car Sales Executive Role
1. To meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
2. To follow a sales process, whilst providing excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with your customers.
3. To have a professional approach and first class people skills. You will be driven and highly motivated to succeed,
4. You will need to be able to demonstrate your success in your current position in respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings etc.)
Car Sales Executive – Requirements
5. You will be working in a Car Sales Executive role within the motor industry, and will be very successful in your career.
6. You will need to follow a structured sales process, whilst being able to build a strong rapport with each customer.
7. You will be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis
8. You must have a valid UK driving licence
