Sous or Senior Sous Chef
We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our kitchen brigade as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef.
Your main responsibility will be assisting the Head Chef in the management and running of the kitchen, ensuring your team stays motivated and all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in managing and running the kitchen.
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Supervise and motivate the kitchen team to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a prestigious and luxurious brand.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* The ability to work well under pressure and maintain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
