Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
OTE: £80,000 to £100,000
Working Pattern: Mon-Fri

MDE Group UK is seeking a Recruitment Manager from an Engineering or Manufacturing background to lead an established team of 2 ready to scale in 2025. This is a strategic hire for MDE as we finalize our business plans for 2025 and look to launch an exciting growth journey as we double our headcount over the next 12 months.

Responsibilities:
1. Driving sales activity to ensure all team targets are met
2. Developing sales consultants to become high performers and identify and develop future team leaders
3. Monitoring team's activity daily to ensure sales targets are hit
4. Deep diving into recruitment consultant's business, call listening, deskside coaching
5. Conducting and documenting 1-2-1 appraisals
6. Inducting new employees
7. Mentoring inexperienced staff in MDE recruitment process
8. Guiding and supporting recruiters setting up desks in new verticals
9. Conducting weekly sales meetings, reviewing open vacancy list ensuring; new vacancy information adequately gathered, all roles advertised, min of 3 CV's sent to all open roles, adequate resources assigned
10. Maintaining sales forecast tool, and providing input to monthly management report
11. Providing input for budget forecasts
12. Personal billings on own recruitment desk
Requirements:
1. Track record of managing 360 recruiters in a fast-paced, sales-led agency environment
2. Solid track record of achieving sales targets
3. Demonstrable success in winning and growing new accounts
4. Demonstrable success mentoring and coaching less experienced consultants
