What's involved?
* Your contract will be full time consisting of 40 hours per week, you will be working 5 days a week of 8 hours.
* At full capacity the home can hold 73 residents
* Overseeing the whole catering department which involves the main restaurant and the on-site bistro, and bar
* You'll be working with local fresh produce to cook seasonal and creative meals
* You will run the kitchen, manage ordering, and do all menu planning
* You will need to always maintain the highest possible standards of hygiene
