Wanted - an experienced Sous Chef to work for the season (potential to extend beyond this) at a hotel based in Biggar, South Lanarkshire. A beautiful market town location. Live in accommodation available. Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items, working closely with the rest of the team to ensure quality dishes, a good level of service, supervising other kitchen staff and ensuring all work stations comply with food safety standards. Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and deal with inventory and supply management as required. Ability to use initiative but also work well in a team. Must have relevant experience.
