Job Description
Key responsibilities will consist of:
3. Managing a high volume of inbound calls and converting them into sales.
4. When necessary, discover leads and conduct pre-qualification.
5. Professional in a business-like manner, aiding account managers in compiling campaign data for reporting purposes.
6. Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
7. Cross-selling products whenever possible.
8. Keep pertinent data updated according to agreed-upon call, contact, and quality targets each day.
9. Minute logging.
10. Quantify and achieve a minimum number of meetings daily.
11. Act on decision-maker activities and incoming prospect/lead sheets to secure appointments and drive sales.
12. Completing various ad hoc sales and service administrative tasks as needed.
13. Responding to customer queries promptly and offering clear, concise advice.
14. Preparing sales quotations efficiently.
15. Making outbound calls to customers from the quote pipeline.
16. Providing customers with advice and assisting them in placing orders.
17. Handling inquiries through Live Chat and emails.
18. Managing your inquiry pipeline to maximize opportunities for sales conversions.
