Job Description
Working with one of our Leeds-based clients, we are working with them to recruit an Interim Reward Manager to support the existing team with various tasks and projects.
The role will heavily focus on year-end tasks.
This is a 3-6 month interim opportunity with a hybrid working arrangement (2 days a week in the office is ideal but potentially open to other arrangements.)
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support to the wider Reward team.
Package:
£60,000 - £65,000 plus package
3 - 6 month FTC to start ASAP
Experience:
* Significant experience in reward and remuneration
* Experience with Reward benchmarking tools, ideally Willis Towers Watson
* Excellent understanding of statutory requirements and legislation across all areas of Reward (including pensions and remuneration)
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral
* Strong numerical, analytical and modelling skills, with good experience of interpreting data and producing high-quality and accurate management reports
* Methodical, well organised and confidential
