Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Temporary Fencing Sales Executive to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales for our temporary fencing products, building and nurturing relationships with clients in the construction, events, and site security sectors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with strong business development skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in key sectors, including construction, events, and security.
2. Lead Generation: Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service to secure repeat business.
4. Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our temporary fencing products to provide tailored solutions to clients.
5. Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
7. Market Research: Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within fencing, construction, event management, or a related industry.
2. Skills: Strong business development skills with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
3. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a persuasive, customer-focused approach.
4. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve sales targets.
5. Knowledge: Familiarity with fencing products or construction/site security equipment is a plus.

Swift Fencing are looking to employ a sales executive on a part-time or full-time basis. We are completely flexible and we work around our staff. We understand life comes first and we will always work with you, so that you can achieve great things inside and outside of our offices.
This role pays upwards of £25,688 but this would be amended if you work part-time. In addition, you will also receive uncapped commission on every sale you make. This will be set at 1% of the profit of each sale.
On top of that, we offer quarterly, performance-based bonuses and yearly bonuses.
Want more? Of course you do... We offer 25 days' holiday PA alongside your 8 bank holidays plus your birthday (or a day that is around your birthday that suits you, as long as you bring cakes in). After two years' service, this goes up yearly up until it hits 30 days.
