If you have a passion for technical sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience managing long sales cycles and complex projects, this is the opportunity for you About you: 3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Specification Sales, or Business Development (preferably in Renewables, Engineering, or Energy sectors). Proven experience managing long, complex sales cycles (projects lasting 12 months). Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills – able to sell to engineers, designers, and project stakeholders. Experience in engineering, renewables, or offshore wind is highly desirable. Ability to maintain engagement over extended periods while waiting for project developments. A consultative sales approach – ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
