The Job Role:
* Head Chef for a well-rounded hotel operation
* Management of the hotel kitchen servicing a bar, restaurant, and meetings & events
* The Head Chef will be responsible for a brigade of 10 chefs.
* The Head Chef will be managing the kitchen compliance and allergens.
The Requirements:
* The Head Chef will have good experience in managing hotel or branded restaurant kitchens
* The successful Head Chef will have experience with banqueting.
* This role would suit a proven Head Chef with stable progression shown throughout their CV
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
* A self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
