Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales and Marketing Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective telesales techniques and implementing marketing strategies to expand our reach ( sales and social media experience would be ideal).
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and effectively communicate our products/services.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer retention and loyalty.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and execute marketing campaigns.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales initiatives.
* Provide accurate and timely information to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* One-year proven experience in telesales and marketing roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Knowledge of [industry/market] is a plus but not essential.
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
