**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and present authentic South Indian dishes, including appetisers, roti, curries, and regional specialties like biryani.
- Develop and refine traditional recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory, and cost control.
