This is a 32 month fixed term contract, based in Erskine Scotland.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of SBMC, this role will deliver recognised accredited qualifications and wider training needs based on activities within SBMC’s manufacturing facility in Erskine, and support of wider RBLI Training initiatives.
The role will assist in the wider development aspects of SBMC including expansion of both formal and informal training programmes, welfare support models and volunteer engagement and will support SBMC’s operations in quality management and general development of the programmes and procedures across the business.
