Sales Executive
Location: South Manchester
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours 8:45 am - 5:15 pm
Salary: £25K + Uncapped Commission OTE £35K

Responsibilities as a Sales Executive:
1. Outbound Sales: Contact small and medium-sized businesses to understand their digital marketing needs
2. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and introduce them to marketing solutions
3. Client Consultation: Fact-find to uncover customer pain points and offer tailored solutions
4. CRM & Admin: Manage calendars, update CRM systems, and handle emails effectively
5. Target Achievement: Work towards KPIs and sales targets with full support and coaching
6. Progression Opportunity: Fast-track promotion to Business Development Manager based on performance
Skills as a Sales Executive:
1. Strong communication & sales skills
2. Confidence working towards KPIs and targets
3. Excellent organisational skills—CRM management, email handling, and scheduling
4. Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
