Our Head Chef, Mike O'Donnell has run the kitchen for over 20 years and the suitable candidate will work alongside him to ensure that the highest of standards are met and the quality of food maintained.
This would ideally suit someone who is looking for that next step up to take more overall control and responsibility in the kitchen and work alongside a keen and talented chef.
Hours would be between 40 and 48 a week, based on a five day working week.
