Job Role
* Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, assisting with preparation, and ensuring food quality and freshness.
* Assist with managing and recruiting all new back of house team members.
* Support in running busy services and concepts simultaneously.
The Requirements
* A proven track record within a fresh food operation.
* A proven track record in leading a team.
* A background in hotels or quality restaurants.
* Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
* Good literacy skills, both verbal and written.
* A team player who leads from the front.
