Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive, your role will be to sell DOCOsoft’s insurance claims management platforms, and our Professional Services to medium and large insurers in the London Market and in other complex and commercial insurance businesses.
This role will be a match for you if you are proactive, self-sufficient and happy to get your hands dirty with marketing and some lead generation support. Your conversations will primarily be with heads of claims and claims operations, CIOs, and COOs.
What We Are Looking For
1. You should be able to understand the capabilities of our software platform & the solutions we provide to significant pain points, and be able to identify customer struggles.
2. You will articulate and communicate the innovative and unique solutions that we provide to enable insurers to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the claims function.
3. You'd be expected to execute against yearly sales goals, as well as proactively identify new sales opportunities.
4. You will represent DOCOsoft at industry events and conferences.
5. You will own the 360 sales cycle, learning the customer decision process, conducting conversations by phone, online, and physical meetings principally in London, maintaining accurate forecasts, delivering solution presentations to key customers, developing and negotiating software license proposals, and closing business in a timely manner.
6. You will manage the CRM database (currently Hubspot).
Your Skills & Experience
1. You have 2-5 years of experience in B2B, enterprise software/SaaS sales roles, in the financial services sector, ideally insurance, and frequently closing deals of £250k+.
2. You will ideally have a portfolio of insurance clients and contacts.
3. You have a good knowledge of the insurance industry.
4. You have excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding your targets.
5. You have exceptional interpersonal skills and presence to build relationships and influence key partner stakeholders.
6. You have experience with sales methodologies and CRM tracking tools.
7. You have strong listening, consultative, and presentation skills.
8. You speak fluent English; another language is a plus.
