Job description We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our family business in our busy farm shop restaurant, operating 7 days a week days only. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, farm-to-table kitchen environment. You will assist the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes using locally sourced produce, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and maintaining high food safety standards.
