About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of HR to lead our people processes and strategies. As the Director of HR, you will: Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with our mission and growth objectives. Oversee HR policies and practices to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with our values. Partner with leadership to drive organisational change, supporting our evolution into the future. About You To succeed in this role, you will: Bring proven experience in a senior HR leadership position. Demonstrate strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into action. Exhibit a deep commitment to our values. Be a skilled communicator and collaborator, able to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders. Have a thorough understanding of employment law, best practices, and innovative HR trends.
