DCS Technology is working in partnership with one of the UK's largest social care providers, together we are searching for a Regional Training Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing training professionals.
What will you be doing?
As Regional Training Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of trainers based in London and its surrounding areas. This role is vital for the delivery of high-quality training programs for front-line care workers and other business teams.
What will you bring?
Key qualities:
* Inspirational leadership: Manage and mentor regional trainers to create a high-performing team, ensuring consistent, quality learning delivery; provide coaching and performance feedback
* Organized and deadline-driven: Lead relevant projects, integrate learning post-acquisitions, and stay updated with industry trends to support strategic L&D initiatives and compliance.
* Influential and collaborative: Collaborate with branch teams to design efficient training schedules, manage the rollout of mandatory and specialist programs, and maintain training records.
* An eye for detail: Oversee the consistency and effectiveness of training delivery through observations and feedback, maintaining high standards aligned with business goals.
Skills and experience:
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft office suite, training software, and learning management systems.
* Team management experience is a must, with a willingness to support and develop careers is vital!
* Proven experience leading and creating engaging training sessions to diverse groups of end users.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with people at all levels.
* A proven background in Health and Social care
* Experience with CQC and other regulatory bodies is a must
* Holding Level 5 CIPD qualification is desired
* A full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
What can you expect?
Salary: £45,000 per annum.
