The Role: Based in the London office 3 days per week and from home 2 days, you will report into the Sales Director and support a team of 3 external sales professionals. This role would particularly suit someone already working in an internal sales position OR someone who is currently working out in the field but looking for less/no travel. Location: East London (hybrid 3 days office/2days home) Job Sector: DIY/Tools Duties Will Include: Establish annual and monthly sales and GP forecasts for each Rep utilising provided software. Set up sales automation and CRM systems. Attend monthly internal global sales call. Prepare for and attend monthly sales meetings. Analyse sales data such as sales team call rates. The Person: In order to be considered for the role of Internal Sales Manager, you must possess the following; A wealth of sales experience gained from within the UK merchant/DIY industry. A good network of contacts. Strong customer and colleague relationship building abilities.
