Role & Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the sales system from quotation stage to Sales order receipt, ensuring correctly detailed information is entered.
2. Using your engineering expertise to understand client requirements and prepare detailed quotes.
3. Responding to customer queries for sales via telephone and email, ensuring all customer requirements are confirmed and logged.
4. Leveraging your sales background to confidently engage with clients and build strong relationships.
5. Attending face-to-face meetings to discuss solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Knowledge & Experience:
1. Confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail when dealing with clients.
2. Proven experience in a sales-focused role with a customer-first approach to provide a positive experience and build long-term relationships.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
