My client is looking for Sales Executives to work at their Multi-Franchise site in the Bedford area.
About the position
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, proven customer service skills, show the ability to work to targets and be a team player. You’ll be confident, keen to learn and willing to work hard. You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to develop your skills working with an exciting product.
A large part of the Sales Executive position involves:
1. Managing relationships with your customers including keeping in regular contact with them about our products.
2. Prospecting for new customers by telephone and maintaining your own enquiry database.
3. Maintaining product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
4. Providing exceptional customer service.
5. Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
About our requirements
* We expect our new Sales Executive to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
* Negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
Working pattern
We offer two working patterns, and you have the option to change quarterly:
* 5 days a week (including weekends).
* 5.5 days average (5 days week 1 and 6 days week 2) (including weekends).

About you
You will be polite, articulate and exceptionally well presented, to meet and always exceed brand standards. You will be used to following a process and will be happy to embrace all training provided for you to allow you to succeed in your role.
You should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bedford and have a full driving license which has no more than 6 penalty points.
Salary: £18k basic (5-day week) or £20k basic for (5.5 day week) plus OTE £40k uncapped. A company car is provided.
