Norwich Norfolk Food Hall is our tribute to the region’s farmers, producers, and artisans. Born from our love for Norfolk’s countryside, we created it to celebrate the area’s agricultural legacy and innovative food practices. It’s not just a place to shop or dine—it’s a space where we can connect with the stories behind the food and the land that sustains us. Opening in May 2025, we hope to offer an unrivalled customer experience whether it be in our beautiful retail space, a tribute to the great food produced in the region or our relaxing café/restaurant, a place to experience the very best in locally sourced fresh food, artisan coffee, cakes and pastries. The Person Working with people and offering great service will be second nature. You’ll have some hospitality experience, ideally an appreciation of quality fresh food and perhaps a bit of knowledge overseeing other team members. We want to create a memorable experience for our customers so what’s most important is that you live and breathe that idea and you can communicate that passion to your team. The Role You’ll be the person that runs your area day-to-day. You’ll organise and set tasks for your team, make sure your restaurant and service standards are top notch and that the restaurant is ready to trade every day. You’ll have all the support you need from your manager but still have the room to contribute and the training you need to improve and grow within the business. We’ve plenty of exciting plans for future growth so this is a role that you can put your own stamp on and see as a stepping stone to roles with more responsibility
