Senior Service Desk Analyst - M365/Intune/Cisco/Meraki
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst for a Specialty insurance client of ours based in central London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Service Desk Analyst working in 2nd - 3rd line with potential to move into a team lead role in the future.
Experience required:
1. Incident/Problem Management
2. Service Improvement/Change Management
3. Very Technical as there is no escalation point beyond this
Technical Skills:
1. Microsoft 365/Active Directory/Azure/Exchange
2. Cisco
3. Meraki
4. Intune
5. Strong ITIL Knowledge (Ideally Certified)
This is a permanent position paying up to £55,000.
Hybrid working - 3 days a week on-site in central London.
