The Learning & Development Manager (junior) will report to the Senior Learning & Development Manager and will work as part of the global Learning & Development team.
This is a global, full-time role which provides a great opportunity for an experienced/senior Learning & Development Advisor to step into a Manager role, getting involved in a wide variety of existing and new projects.
The Learning & Development Manager will have day-to-day responsibility for Junior Associates, Trainees and all Global Business Functions programmes. They will also be managing ad hoc projects (e.g. Legal Apprenticeships) depending on team and business needs.
The Learning & Development Manager will have line management responsibility for the Learning & Development Coordinator.
Key responsibilities
1. Build relationships with key stakeholders globally.
2. Manage allocated global Learning & Development programmes.
3. Deliver skills training.
4. Manage compulsory Regulatory refresher training globally.
5. Implement the new Legal Apprentices’ training programme in collaboration with the Early Careers team.
Whilst this is ideally a full-time role, they offer hybrid working to suit.
This is a new role in a lovely wider HR team in a global law firm.
