The Job Role
* Sous Chef to prepare fresh food in a high-volume quality event venue
* Investment to create a modern and stylish operation.
* Sous Chef to work with the head chef in the running of the day to day operations
* 5 Days over 7 ( 2 evenings per week )
* Sous Chef to be creative andadventurous
* Sous Chef to work within a large scale team.
The Requirements
* A strong Sous chef with experience of high-quality kitchens
* A genuine love for food
* Sous Chef with experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
* A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
