We are recruiting for a Sous chef Monday - Friday to work at NHSBT Filton Key responsibilites Assisting with provision of quality seasonal food ,whilst maintaining all standards of quality, food hygiene and health and safety. Assisting Chef manager with management of the kitchen & the kitchen team and Staff Rotas Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills Delivery of all budgetary Targets /Daily & weekly finance & Stocktakes Responsible for covering for the Chef Manager at Times when agreed What's in it for you?
