Role Overview
As a Learning Designer Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the design and development of engaging learning content for our leadership and management development programs. You will learn from experienced professionals while contributing to the creation of interactive workshops, digital learning materials, and practical toolkits that have real-world impact.
This role is perfect for someone who is driven, creative, and eager to develop their skills within the learning and development field. You will be enrolled on the Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship, gaining formal qualifications alongside hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Learning Experience and Delivery Team to develop innovative learning materials and experiences.
* Support the design of interactive workshops, toolkits, and digital content.
* Conduct research to inform learning strategies and content development.
* Assist in reviewing and refining existing learning materials for clarity, relevance, and engagement.
* Use feedback and insights to enhance learning design.
* Participate actively in your apprenticeship program, applying learning to real-world projects.

* Basic skills in Microsoft Office (or similar).
Prior experience in learning and development is not required but is advantageous.
