Develop and implement innovative, high-quality menus aligned with emerging food trends and customer preferences. Manage food, labor, and purchasing costs to ensure profitability within budget. Oversee food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety regulations, including SEMS and COSHH. Lead, mentor, and train the kitchen team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment. Ensure seamless culinary operations on match days, corporate events, and large-scale hospitality functions. Control stock levels, minimize waste, and optimize kitchen efficiency. Present menus at client tastings, confidently showcasing dishes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
