Join us as an Operations Change Manager (Training)
Opportunities like this don’t come around often! We’re looking for an experienced Operations Change Manager (Training) to play a
key role in our Organisational Change Management team.
In this role, you’ll lead the training and change adoption strategy for the successful implementation of our new ERP
system—ensuring our teams are educated, prepared, and ready for transformation.
Based in Nottingham, this hybrid role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and hands-on impact. You’ll also have the
opportunity to visit our manufacturing sites to support training and project rollout.

Your Duties Will Include:
* Executing the project communication plan throughout the implementation
* Coordinate and organise training throughout the project
* Identify and coordinate change champions throughout the business to ensure a successful launch
* Help assess the level of change readiness prior to Go Live and help identify and mitigate potential problems.
* Support with leadership alignment
* Assist with the training of the new system and support with planning training courses and creating material
* Ensure all project trackers / systems are kept up to date at all times
* Have an influence on the overall project, supporting all colleagues and responding to queries
Skills and Experience required:
* Fantastic Relationship Building Skills: Forge strong connections with colleagues and external stakeholders effortlessly.
* Extremely Organised with Great Attention to Detail: From project management to administrative tasks, expect nothing less than
precision and efficiency.
* Intermediate Excel & PowerPoint: Navigate spreadsheets and presentations with ease, adding value to your team's data analysis
and communication efforts.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all levels.
* Influential Abilities: Drive results and inspire action through persuasive communication and strategic influence.
