Duties:
1. Manage a restaurant kitchen
2. Develop new recipes and dishes
3. Inventory control
4. Prepare traditional Japanese cuisines
5. Ensuring plate presentation
6. Dealing with customer complaints in relation to food taste/quality
7. Modifying recipes upon customers' request and needs
8. Ensuring food compliance and regulations are followed during the process.
